With dermaplaning, Megan, our Advanced Practice Esthetician, will use a scalpel or a dermatome tool to gently remove the top layer of dead skin and vellus hair. This service creates the perfect canvas for makeup applications and may help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, minimize hyperpigmentation, and reduce acne scarring. Dermaplaning removes up to 21 days of dead skin cells, and the results last up to 4 weeks.
