Out of respect of our service providers we require at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation. 

Cancellations that are made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and are subject to denial of future appointments.

Emailing the salon or reaching out on social media is discouraged as we may not see your message in time. Cancellations within 24 hours MUST be completed by calling us at 763-557-0190.
