Lua Nova Salon Spa holds a credit card on file and requires a 24 hour notice of appointment cancellation. Appointments must be cancelled by calling us at 763-557-0190.

Emailing the salon or reaching out on social media is discouraged as we may not see your message in time. Cancellations within 24 hours MUST be completed by calling us at 763-557-0190.

 

If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours, a 100% cancellation/service fee is charged to the card used to book the appointment. No-shows will be charged 100% and are subject to denial of future appointments.

 

In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours, we will attempt to fill your appointment. If a service of the same or higher cost is scheduled, you will not be charged.

We understand that it may be inconvenient to pay for a service that is not received. However, it is our priority to ensure income of our service providers and last minute cancellations/no-shows directly affect our service providers income.
